Is the checklist easy to follow, how long with it take?
The checklist is designed not only to support you in checking compliance, but also to make expectations clearer and easier to understand. It helps you see what is required and why, so you can take control of the process and confidently lead the conversation around compliance and quality.
Most services do this at their own pace according to their availability however, if done uninterrupted, you could complete it in a day or 2, depending on the size of your service.
If I choose the support session, how does this work?
After you've completed the checklist at your own pace, we sit down for 1.5-2 hours and map out exactly what needs to happen to close each gap, in what order, and who's doing what. You leave with a clear plan and a timeline. No guessing what's next and no blurred lines and how you will get there.
What if I want the visit?
During the visit, we work alongside your team to gather the right information, ask targeted questions, and review evidence in a structured way, similar to a regulatory spot check. The difference is that we intentionally cover every mandatory regulation to ensure nothing is missed.
Our process is focused and uninterrupted, allowing us to stay on track and thoroughly assess all Regulatory requirements without distraction.
Following the visit, you receive a detailed report and prioritised action plan outlining exactly what needs attention and in what order.
